• User Account Information: Email address, club name, and authentication credentials
• Session Metadata: Training session dates, names, activity types, and timestamps

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Displaying analytics and performance insights within the XPRO360 platform
• Generating reports and visualizations for club staff
• Providing customer support and technical assistance
• Improving platform features and user experience

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway infrastructure in EU and US regions. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained while your club maintains an active XPRO360 subscription. Upon account closure or termination, all associated data is securely deleted within 30 days of request.

5. Third Party Services

XPRO360 integrates with the following third-party services:

• Catapult Sports API: Source of raw GPS performance data
• Brevo (Sendinblue): Transactional email delivery for authentication and support
• Railway: Cloud infrastructure and database hosting

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in our platform
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data in accordance with applicable laws
