XPRO360 is a cloud-based GPS performance analytics platform designed for professional football clubs. The platform provides tools to upload, analyze, and visualize GPS tracking data from training sessions and matches.

2. Authorized Use

Access to XPRO360 is granted exclusively to authorized club staff members with valid login credentials. Users must:

• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Not share or transfer their account credentials with other individuals
• Use the platform only for authorized club operations and analysis
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Data Responsibility

Your club is responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the legal right to upload and process athlete data
• You have obtained appropriate consent from athletes or their guardians for data processing
• Your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR, if applicable)

4. Intellectual Property

XPRO360 platform, code, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by XPRO360. You retain ownership of your data. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your intended purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

XPRO360 is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or availability of the platform. XPRO360 is not liable for:

• Business decisions made based on analytics or data provided by the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from platform use or unavailability
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

6. Termination

XPRO360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect:

• Unauthorized access attempts or security breaches
• Misuse of the platform or violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees or breach of your subscription agreement

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

8. Changes to Terms

XPRO360 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
